The cloud computing is an architecture that is established when a group of organizations come together to share the resources.

A collective cloud is a small public cloud, but only a select group of organizations will be authorized to use the cloud. Contrary to the public cloud, it will generally be more expensive because it is not only used within a small group of organizations and all basic structures should be established. A community cloud is a great option for a set of organizations, such as a group of federal agencies who want to share resources, but want to have greater control over security and insight in the cloud.
